On their debut LP, Baltimore's Wildhoney turns back the clock with a sound that hearkens to bands like My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive and Lush, doing their best take on the classic shoegaze sound, complete with strong pop sensibilities, reverb-soaked washed-out guitars, and dreamy female vocals.
