Brisbane alternative rock band The Comfort return to the scene with the long-awaited sophomore album, 'Experience Everything. Live And Die.', out November 11 via Greyscale Records. At the end of 2019, The Comfort took an indefinite hiatus and had considered calling it a day as a band, "We were over everything" tells vocalist and bassist Dominic Harper.
"We were over industry, pressure, touring and had completely lost touch with what we loved about being in a band, making music. Rather than completely calling it quits, we decided that in the hiatus we would write and record a full-length record that we wanted to make, no compromises."
Produced, mixed and mastered by Jimmy Alexander (Awaken I Am, Slaves, alt.) and with features from the likes of Dylan Davidson of Deadlights and AJ Perdomo of The Dangerous Summer, the new record sees the band returning bigger and better than ever.
"Live with purpose and intent, live in awe and amazement, but most of all, live here and live now. Slow down, breathe consciously and take note of the things that make your experience incredible and unique. When you hear this record, experience it with all it’s intricacies, lyrics and artwork to accompany."
