"Speak Low If You Speak Love" is the side project of State Champs' bassist Ryan Scott Graham and his debut full-legth, "Everything But What You Need," was released in a very limited run in 2011. Pure Noise Records has decided to reissue the album for a wider release ahead of a proper full-length, bringing the 12 tracks of melodic and stripped down indie/emo of "Everything But What You Need" to the masses.
