When "Reel to Reel " was released in 1992, it produced two charted singles. The lead single "360° (What Goes Around)", reached #1 on the Hot Rap Songs chart #30 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and #6 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The second charted single from the album was titled “Check It Out” and featured Mary J. Blige. “Check It Out” landed at #13 on the Hot Rap Songs chart as well as #85 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. Tommy Boy is excited to share this re-release with you all, as this album is what kickstarted Grand Puba’s solo career.
