Filthy Thieving Bastards are back with the sequel to 2005s brilliant album, My Pappy Was A Pistol. Featuring members of the Swingin Utters and Me First And The Gimme Gimmes, the Bastards new record runs the gamut stylistically between old-school punk rock, traditional country, folk & irish music, and 60s psychedelic pop. Their sound is almost un-categorizable; but their blend of traditional country/folk and pop music, infused with the punk rock sensibility theyve honed for 15+ years in the Swingin Utters, seems to appeal to people of all ages. There is something in FTBs music for everyone, from punk rockers to country and folksters.
