Over the course of 2012 and 2013 and after two full-length albums released by Matador Records, Cold Cave(aka Wesley Eisold) released a series of limited edition singles via his own Heartworm Press and Deathwish Inc. that are now out-of-print collector's items. Full Cold Moon is not a new Cold Cave album, but a compilation of these singles on to one format. With an already prolific number of releases, Cold Cave has become a name synonymous with the contemporary resurgence of Darkwave and Synth Pop sub-genres. Propelling Cold Cave to perform at world class museums The Getty and the Guggenheim, as well as performances with Nine Inch Nails, Sonic Youth, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Echo & the Bunnymen and Gary Numan among others.
