Florida native Chris Farren made his name fronting the Naples-based outfit Fake Problems, whose mix of alt-country, punk, and emo has been heard far and wide thanks to the band's heavy touring schedule and prolific output of albums, EPs, and singles. He has also collaborated with Bomb the Music Industry's Jeff Rosenstock in the band Antarctigo Vespucci. In 2014, Farren began issuing various independent solo releases beginning with a Christmas LP titled Like a Gift from God or Whatever, followed in 2015 by a compilation of demos and a handful of singles. His proper solo debut, Can't Die, arrived in 2016. This is the vinyl version of his new record 'Born Hot', released October 2019.
