With the release of their acidic yet dynamic new singles 'Thread My Lips' and 'Left Unrequited', Melbourne's Cast Down is set to begin the process of deconstructing all expectations, and cementing their reputation as one of Australia's most innovative metal/hardcore acts. Following a year that saw them appear at the first-ever Australian Download Festival, Bigsound Festival, open for US bands Harm's Way and Youth Code, and tour heavily with the likes of Honest Crooks and Pridelands, the group signed to EVP Recordings and finalised their debut record. The industrial-laden effort 'A Deconstruction of Self' is out worldwide on March 22.
