The Saddest Landscape "Darkness Forgives" CD

The Saddest Landscape has been at it for 12 years, putting their own spin on the classic '90s Ebullition Records "screamo" sound and working hard enough to get themselves mentioned alongside bands like Envy, Touche Amore and Pianos Become The Teeth as current leaders of the genre. On "Darkness Forgives," the band's fifth full-length, they enlisted the help of Jay Maas, who is known for his production on recent Defeater and Bane albums, to make this album the band's most frantic and heavy yet.
