"Time & Distance" includes two songs recorded previous to "Carry The Torch," ther debut record on Words Of War Records, and two songs recorded after, all unreleased prior to this 7". All of the tracks are played in a melodic tone, with speed, passion and enthusiasm, similar to Comeback Kid and Set Your Goals.
