Minneapolis, MN wasn't exactly a hotbed of hardcore in the late-'80s and early '90s but still managed to produce Billingsgate, who laid these six songs to wax as the second ever release on Victory records. Guitarist Eric Funk would go on to form the illustrious punk rock band Dillinger Four.
