While the 2018 debut from MRC 'Alternate Facts EP', had a lyrical focus on the state of geopolitics and corporate greed, 'Life Time' takes aim at our surrender to the all-seeing tech giants. How much of our privacy are we willing to handover, until it is too much? While previously anxious about overreach from government, what will consequences be when the big ethical decisions are left to the 'rational men' running the likes of Amazon and other huge conglomerates. The big 4, the huge steal of soul-sapping entities - MRC seek to uncover what these corporations are actually up to and give reason as to why these protest songs need to be written.
With the paranoia ratcheted up to 11, 'Life Time' continues to deliver MRC's unique brand of hook- laden punk rock. Each song is driven forward by a tight-as-fuck rhythm section and overlaid with manic punchy guitars.
