What forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer payments via Paypal which also accepts Visa and MasterCard. We highly recommend creating an account so you're eligible to receive member promotions.

All payments must be in Australian dollars. Your order will begin processing once payment is received. Items are not reserved until payment is received.

What could slow down my order?

We stock the most commonly purchased items, so most orders ship the same or next business day. If you order obscure LP vinyl records, obscure 7" vinyl records, or rarely purchased CDs or merch, your order could be delayed for 4–6 weeks because we need to order them from our suppliers. This is not a big deal because we already place orders multiple times a week. However, some items may be cancelled because they are out of print or no longer available from our suppliers. If this should happen we will contact you to let you know.

Do you take online orders from every country?

Unfortunately there has been an increase in fraudulent orders from a few countries. As a result there may be instances where we ask you to pay by a method other than credit card. We reserve the right to refuse any order we suspect could be fraudulent, no matter what the geographic location may be.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

In the rare event there is a problem with your order, contact us within 10 days of receipt. Let us know your Customer Number, Order Number, and what the problem was. If we are at fault we will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Why did I not receive an item I ordered?

When this happens it usually means the item was either out of stock, not available yet, a special order item, or out of print. You will never be charged for an item you did not receive and we will contact you on the progress of your order.

How do I return defective merchandise?

If you receive defective merchandise send us the defective item within 10 days of receipt along with an explanation of the problem. Include your customer number and invoice number for faster processing. Upon receipt/inspection we will re-send the same item that was defective or issue you credit if that item is no longer available.

What if I cannot find a certain item that I am looking for?

It is possible that we have what you are looking for but it may not be listed in the shop yet. It is also possible that we are not aware of the band/release that you might be searching for. Please contact us with all requests, comments, and recommendations on labels, products, and releases you recommend we should carry.

How can I get my release in your online store?

You can mail us a promo/sample along with a one sheet and any other important info pertaining to the release. Send it to:
